• Answer incoming calls and inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to customers regarding their deliveries.
• Coordinate and schedule transportation for deliveries and pickups, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, providing them with instructions and updates as necessary.
• Monitor vehicle locations using GPS or other tracking systems, ensuring optimal routing and efficiency.
• Handle unexpected issues that arise, including delays or customer complaints, with professionalism and poise.
• Maintain accurate logs of dispatch activities and communications, regularly updating management on status reports.
• Collaborate with other team members to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

To qualify for this position, we are looking for:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment.
• Experience in logistics or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling software.
